TPA Newsletter / TPA Publications – terms and conditions of use

The use of the joint newsletters of TPA Steuerberatung GmbH and TPA Unternehmensberatung GmbH (together “TPA”) as well as the TPA Journal or other TPA publications is subject to the following conditions (“conditions”). Provided the user has not otherwise explicitly agreed to these terms of use, he/she undertakes to comply with these terms when using the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication. The use of the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication is expressly forbidden without consenting to these terms.

TPA provides the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication to the user for informative purposes. Due to the succinct character of the information, the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication cannot replace a consultation. Furthermore, in specific cases, it is required to check whether the information is up-to-date. TPA cannot guarantee and assumes no liability for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the information provided in the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication. TPA has no influence on the content and design of any linked websites and assumes no responsibility for such contents. TPA assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the linked websites.

All elements contained in the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication such as texts, images, diagrams and video data are subject to copyright and the protection of intellectual property. These elements cannot be transmitted to third parties, reproduced or otherwise processed or treated without TPA’s explicit written agreement.

All legal disputes arising from the use of the newsletter, the TPA Journal or another TPA publication are exclusively subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes which arise directly or indirectly from the use of the newsletter, TPA Journal or another TPA publication shall be the competent Austrian court responsible for 1010 Vienna. For consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), this applies only to the extent that they are neither resident nor habitual resident nor employed in Austria.

General data and information is collected during the use of the newsletter for statistical purposes (access numbers, download numbers for specific documents, country of origin of the user). The statistics obtained from this data are used to better design the newsletter according to the needs of the users. The user’s personal data will not be collected and cannot be derived from these statistics. TPA is entitled to transmit these statistics to third parties. To make the newsletter more user-friendly, cookies are set during use. The user explicitly agrees to the use of this technology. The user can configure its browser to only accept cookies in individual cases or to entirely reject them. For technical reasons, refusing the use of cookies can prevent or restrict the use of the newsletter.
